Dr. P. Lakshminarayana is having 17+ years of experience in Hydrology, Remote Sensing GIS and Modelling in carrying out investigation to identify and solve the problems of water and Environmental sector. Published 10+ publications in national and international journals. Engaged in various roles of research, teaching, consultancy and project management. Played a key role in assessment of groundwater resources, and resource estimation using tools of hydrology, geology, geophysics and Remote Sensing and GIS.

Shri Praveen Kumar Sinha have total 36+ years experience in Geoinformatics, Geological Mapping, and Mineral Exploration. He served in various roles of GSI and Retd. as Deputy Director General of Information Technology at GSI Head Quarters. He published total 21 papers in National and International Seminars. Trained 600+ officers in GIS and Map Processing Courses. Expert in use of ArcGIS, GRASS, OPENJUMP, GISes, POSTGRES RDBMS and POSTGIS.
Shri R.C. Sharma
Expert in Hydrological and Water Management
Shri R.C. Sharma have experience of more than 34 years in Hydrological, Hydro-meteorological & Hydro-geological related studies of large Rivers Basins, Lakes and canal command areas, Artificial Recharge structures. He worked in CGWB in various positions since 1975 to 2009. Right now he engaged in many projects related to groundwater, surface water and water balance studies.

Shri M. Rajani Kumar, (Retd. GSI)

Mr. M. Rajani Kumar, holding a Master’s degree in Geophysics (M.Sc Tech Geophysics), boasts over 33 years of extensive experience in the fields of Groundwater and Mineral Exploration. His dedicated service includes diverse roles within the Geological Survey of India (GSI), culminating in his retirement as the Director of the Geophysics division. Throughout his tenure at GSI, he actively participated in roles ranging from data collection to report writing.
Currently, Mr. Kumar is channeling his wealth of skills and expertise in Groundwater Exploration and Mineral Investigations as a valuable contributor at BlueEnergy Build Private Limited.
Mr Rohith Nayak
Consultant Expert in Hydrological and Hydraulic Modelling
He has vast experience in Hydraulic and Hydrological modelling across various projects in India and abroad. Mr. Rohith done his Masters in Water Resources Engineering from Bangalore University.
Prof. Dr. B. Venkateswara Rao
Advisor Technical
Dr. B. Venkateswara Rao holds a Ph.D. in Water Resources from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH). He served as a Professor of Water Resources and Director at the Institute of Science and Technology, JNT University Hyderabad, contributing significantly to the development of various programs and laboratories in the field.
Throughout his career, Dr. Rao executed 18 R&D projects funded by national and international agencies and supervised numerous M.Tech. and Ph.D. theses related to water and environmental issues. His research output includes over 185 research papers published in both national and international journals.
Dr. Rao has played a key role as an expert committee member for prestigious national bodies such as the Department of Science and Technology, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, National Geophysical Research Institute, and others. He has also contributed to the governance of several engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
Recognized for his outstanding contributions, Dr. Rao has received numerous awards and honors, including the Andhra Pradesh Scientist Award (2006) and the National Geoscience Award (2011). He has been elected as a Fellow of Andhra Pradesh Akademi of Sciences (APAS), a Fellow of the Indian Geophysical Union (IGU), and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers. Dr. Rao has also served as the President of the Association of Global Groundwater Scientists during 2016-19.
